Since opening earlier this year, over 200 units have been sold already at an average of $1,450 per square foot. The address is notorious for its sale of five combined units at a price tag of $24.5 million during the summer. This is one of the largest condominium transactions ever in the history of South Florida real estate. The sales climate of the St. Regis alone has lifted prices all across Bal Harbour as recently seen by a $4.9 million penthouse sold at the adjacent Majestic Tower.
